I am Abir Hijazi Hamed, a Consultant and Life & Family Coach. My work blends academic knowledge with lived human experience, shaped over more than two decades in teaching, training, and personal development.
I believe that meaningful change begins with self-understanding, and that parenting and relationships are not unsolvable challenges, but human dialogues that grow through awareness and compassion.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My journey began in the field of education, where I developed a deep interest in understanding children and their behaviour. I later transitioned into marketing and media, gaining insight into how messages truly connect with people on an emotional level. The defining moment in my career came during my studies in psychology, when I realised that what I had naturally practised throughout my life was the simple yet powerful act of listening. The very act that enables real transformation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Since then, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families on their path toward emotional balance and growth<\/strong>. Through individual and group coaching, I focus on conscious parenting, healthy family relationships, and self-development. My approach is grounded in the belief that awareness is the starting point for all change, and that listening to oneself is the first step toward genuinely understanding others.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Through my programs and one-to-one sessions<\/strong>, I have supported hundreds of mothers, couples, and individuals in navigating conflict, understanding their children, and rebuilding trust in themselves and their relationships.
